Both Trailwave (HMC) and Windstream have fiber running through the neighborhood.  Trailwave is part of our local electric electric company. Windstream is a regional provider.

There is no cable or landline phone service with the community. 

Municipal sewage service is not available and a sewage system will be the lot owner's responsibility as a landowner. Septic permits may be obtained from White County Environmental Health Department, (706) 348-7698. Septic systems cost an estimated $5,000-$7,500.

Stormwater Notice of Intent Permit

     The state requires a NOI for Stormwater to be filed for homes built within this neighborhood. White County requires this prior to issuing a Building Permit. The process takes about a month.

Association Dues

   The association dues as of 2026 are $500. This cost was set in 2020. (and still current as of 2026.)
